Aligned Data Centers has committed $100,000 to the mikeroweWORKS Foundation to address the growing workforce needs in skilled trades required for data center infrastructure development and maintenance. The contribution directly funds scholarship programs that provide training and certifications for careers in welding, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other high-demand technical fields.

Michael Morris, Chief Development Officer of Aligned Data Centers, emphasized the strategic importance of this investment in workforce development.
