Details:
Travel to be made within 24 months of date of Gala. Payment to be made within 30 days of Gala. Must be booked a minimum of 60 days in advance. Reservations are subject to availability. Package can be sold multiple times. All purchases are non-refundable. May be subject to a refundable damage deposit to be paid by the buyer. If a deposit is not required, the buyer assumes full financial responsibility for any damages incurred to the property. In the event that this property is not available, a substitute of equal quality will be provided. Air and ground transportation are not included unless where specified. When purchasing an auction item, the buyer(s) waives any and all claims against the NPO, the provider of the item or experience, the Auctioneer and the Auction Company, including but not limited to personal injuries, damaged or lost property, additional expenses incurred, etc. that may result from the utilization of the auction item(s) purchased.
