12 months to book and Travel within 24 months of purchase date. Once the booking window has expired, the trip is no longer valid. Subject to availability and blackout dates. Please note, housekeeping and cooking services are available Monday to Saturday 9am-3pm. Cost of groceries and gratuities not included. Bookable dates are between 15th April - 14th December. Blackout dates are Jazz Festival (10th-15th May), Carnival (12th - 19th July), 15th December - 14th April.

Nights must be used during one stay. Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age. If property, activity, or service is no longer available at the requested time of stay, a substitute property, activity, or service of equal or greater value will be provided.
