Hunt Overview
Embark on an unforgettable adventure through South Texas’s rugged terrain, guided by seasoned experts, in pursuit of the prized South Texas whitetail. Blind hunting and spot and stalk-hunting are options. Hunters will be chasing a 160” class mature whitetail buck. Ranches use Boone and Crocket to score deer. This hunt is fully guided and all inclusive.
Locations:
Catorce Ranch:
The Catorce Ranch is 2,385 acres located in Maverick and Kinney Counties and produces great numbers of mature bucks annually. The ranch is midway between Uvalde and Eagle Pass off Highway 481. It is the quintessential whitetail trophy buck property and has a resume to prove it. Bucks on this property annually break the 200“ mark. The 3,200 sf lodge at the Catorce ranch is well-appointed with comfortable guest quarters for 8. Situated upon a high ridge, hunters enjoy views of the Anacacho Mountains.
Cuernos Grandes
Family-owned and run, Cuernos Grandes Ranch is the quintessential South Texas whitetail ranch, boasting over 700 high-fenced acres just outside of Cotulla in La Salle County. The South Texas red dirt landscape has thick mesquite and live oak which provides excellent cover for 200”+ deer.
Sunset Ranch
Sunset Ranch is a high-fenced property and is a part of the Texas MLDP program. As such, no active buck tags are required, but hunters will need a valid Texas hunting license. These can be purchased online or at most sporting goods stores. Family-owned and operated, the Manns have been putting hunters on big Texas deer for generations.
Jurassic Park
This property boasts a fully equipped five-star Texas-style lodge. There is an indoor fireplace in the den, along with a full kitchen, dining area, 4 bedrooms, and an outdoor entertaining pavilion which includes a bar, outdoor kitchen, and tv.
Our trophy whitetail hunt includes a two-night stay for up to 8 hunters at one of Central Texas' premier trophy whitetail ranches. Upon arrival to the property will find that exceptional native and exotic game abound. Guests will be welcomed to five-star lodging and amenities during your visit. All lodging, meals, alcohol, guide services, photos, and care of the game are included.

Restrictions:
- Hunters are responsible for rifles and ammunition (.270 or larger caliber)
- Add additional non-hunting guests for $350. Add additional hunters per the trophy pricing list. Increase the size of the deer per the trophy pricing list at the time of the hunt
- 12 months to book. 24 months to travel. October - Jan (2024 - 2025)
