Details

• Voucher expires 18 months from the date of your event. No credit or refunds will be given.
• Recipient is responsible for an $8 daily resort fee and applicable Mexico hospitality tax.
• All bookings are subject to hotel availability.
• Upgrades and booking concierge services are available.
• Beach seaweed conditions may occur during certain times of the year.
• Voucher is valid for 2 adults and 2 children under 3 years old.
• Children ages 12 and under may be added for $75 per child, per night.
• Additional adults may be added for $150 per adult, per night.
• Maximum occupancy is 3 adults or 2 adults plus 2 children ages 12 and under. Some resorts have a maximum occupancy of 2 guests.
• Some participating resorts are adults-only. Guests under 18 years of age are not permitted at those properties.
• Recipient will be offered a selection of participating resorts available for their requested travel dates.
• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the resort.
• Blackout dates apply. Holidays and peak travel periods may require a surcharge.
• Changes or cancellations made 16 days or more prior to check-in incur a $300 USD change fee.
• Changes or cancellations made within 15 days of scheduled check-in incur a $570 USD change fee.
• No credit or refunds will be given for no-shows.
• Recipient may reserve one additional room for the same travel dates, subject to availability.
• Package is limited to one redemption per household every 12 months.
• In the rare event that a package or experience becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control—including force majeure, property damage, change of ownership, or operational changes—Charity Ace reserves the right to substitute a comparable experience of equal or greater value.
