Details

• Winners have 12 months from the event date to book their experience and up to 24 months from the event date to complete travel.
• Reservations are subject to availability and must be booked at least 60 days prior to travel.
• Subject to availability and blackout dates, including the week of major U.S. holidays, Ironman, and other major local events. Additional blackout dates may apply.
• Purchases through charity fundraisers are non-refundable.
• Certificates cannot be resold or replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed.
• Ground transportation is the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated.
• Additional hotel nights, airfare, and guest upgrades may be arranged through professional booking and concierge services for an additional cost.
• In the rare event that a package or experience becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control—including force majeure, property damage, change of ownership, or operational changes—Charity Ace reserves the right to substitute a comparable experience of equal or greater value
