Details

• You have 12 months to book and 18 months post-event to travel.
• The property books 52 weeks per year, Friday to Tuesday only - first come, first serve.
• There is no additional charge for two additional guests utilizing the loft space (total of eight).
• A $200 cleaning fee will be charged at the time of reservation.
• Winning bidder will receive a certificate that is valid for 18 months from the date of the event.
• This property is not wheelchair accessible.
• Reservation requests inside 60 days may not be accepted.
• No cancellations.
• In the rare event that a package or experience becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control—including force majeure, property damage, change of ownership, or operational changes—Charity Ace reserves the right to substitute a comparable experience of equal or greater value.
