• Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Must be 21+ to attend the post party. The 2026 event is expected to take place in November (estimated November 18, 2026). Venue subject to change.
• Ground transportation is the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated.
• A team of seasoned travel professionals is available to help you redeem your experience. They will book all travel-related details and reservations for every part of your experience. A full-service travel agency is available to assist with extra hotel nights, airfare, additional guests, or custom touches.
• Reservations are subject to availability, blackout dates, and major holidays. Reservations must be booked at least 45 days in advance of travel.
• Purchases through charity fundraisers are non-refundable. Certificates cannot be resold or replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed. Ground transportation is the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated.
• If the event is canceled or held without spectators, it will be honored for the following year.
