• Winners have 6 months from the purchase date to confirm their reservation and up to 24 months from the purchase date to travel.
• Reservations must be made within 6 months of preferred travel date; bookings accepted only within this window.
• Subject to availability and blackout dates (including Bluegrass Festival week, July 4th week (July 1–9), Labor Day (Sept. 1–6), Blues & Brews Festival week, Christmas/New Year’s weeks (Dec. 19–Jan. 7), Presidents’ Week (Feb. 13–20), Spring Break (Mar. 6–20)).
• Nights must be used during one stay.
• Transportation to and from Telluride (flights, ground transfers) is not included unless coordinated separately.
• Stays are non-transferable within 60 days of travel.
• Reservations are subject to availability and major holidays. Reservations must be booked at least 60 days in advance of travel.
• Winner receives a traveler’s booking form for the package.
