• Travel packages and experiences must be booked within one year of the event date and travel must be completed within two years of the event date.
• Reservations are subject to availability, blackout dates, and major holidays. Package blackout dates include the week of major U.S. holidays and major local events such as CMA events, the Nashville Marathon, AmericanaFest, and Vanderbilt events. Additional blackout dates may apply.
• Reservations must be booked 60 days in advance of travel.
• Murals & Mimosas is available March–October.
• Transfers and ground transportation are not included and are the responsibility of the winner.
• Additional hotel nights, airfare, and guest upgrades may be arranged through professional booking and concierge services for an additional cost.
• Purchases through charity fundraisers are non-refundable.
• Certificates cannot be resold or replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed.
