- Winners have 12 months from the event date to confirm their reservation and up to 24 months from the event date to travel.
- Stays are valid from May–October.
- Reservations are subject to availability and blackout dates for all major holidays.
- Nights must be used during one stay.
- Transportation to and from the château is not included.
- Charity Ace packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- In the rare event that a package or experience becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control—including force majeure, property damage, change of ownership, or operational changes—Charity Ace reserves the right to substitute a comparable experience of equal or greater value.
