• Winners have 12 months from the purchase date to confirm their reservation and up to 24 months from the purchase date to travel.
• Subject to availability and blackout dates for all major holidays.
• Nights must be used during one stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
Date changes are permitted up to 90 days before arrival. A fee may apply, and only one change is allowed per reservation.
No changes are permitted within 90 days of arrival. Cancellations during this period result in forfeiture of the full trip.
All trips are non-refundable and non-transferable.
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, guests may be relocated to an equivalent or upgraded property, subject to availability.
