Details

• Winners have 12 months from the event date to confirm their reservation and up to 24 months from the event date to travel
• Subject to availability and blackout dates
• Nights must be used during one stay
• Apartment assignments are based on availability; photos shown may be representative of the accommodations provided
• Additional experiences and upgrades may be arranged through the concierge for an additional cost
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended
• All trips are non-refundable and non-transferable
• In the event circumstances beyond the provider's control impact availability, comparable accommodations or experiences of equal or greater value may be substituted
• Cancellation Policy: Date changes are permitted up to 90 days before arrival. A fee may apply, and only one change is allowed per reservation. No changes are permitted within 90 days of arrival. Cancellations during this period result in forfeiture of the full trip.
