• Welcome packets will be emailed to winners upon notification of their purchase.
• Reservations are based on availability.
• Travel must be completed within two years from the event date.
• Guests may upgrade their accommodations and add additional guests for a fee, depending on availability.
• Airfare and ground transportation are not included.
• All sales are final. There are no cash refunds.
• Packages cannot be resold to a third party.
• The stay may be subject to a refundable damage deposit to be paid by the winner. If a deposit is not required, the winner assumes full financial responsibility for any damages incurred to the property.
• Cancellation prior to arrival may be subject to forfeiture of reservations and funds.
