Bryan Hill knows the power of a game plan - and how the right strategy, delivered with heart, can change everything. After more than a decade coaching high school football across Texas, he brings that same drive, discipline, and team-first mindset to his work with nonprofits today.

As a part of Charity Ace’s team of consulting experts, Bryan partners with organizations to design fundraising strategies that are both ambitious and achievable. He thrives on building lasting client relationships rooted in trust, collaboration, and a shared commitment to doing more good. Whether he’s introducing a new partner to our programs or helping a long-time client level up their impact, Bryan shows up with clarity, purpose, and a coach’s instinct for seeing potential.

Based in Bulverde, Texas, Bryan is a proud Texas State University graduate (and former football player), now raising four boys with his wife, Lauren. When he’s not supporting clients, you’ll find him coaching his sons’ sports teams, golfing, fishing, or heading out on a hunting trip - always finding connection in competition, and joy in the little wins along the way.
