For Jeff Crockett, operations isn’t just about efficiency—it’s about impact. With over a decade of nonprofit experience and more than 250 fundraising events under his belt, he knows that even the most meaningful missions need seamless systems to succeed.

Jeff’s journey began in event tech, where he helped design and manage software that transformed the way charity galas operated. Since then, he’s brought that same eye for improvement and passion for service to every role—tackling problems head-on and building infrastructure that empowers others to do their best work.

As Director of Sales Operations & Enablement at Charity Ace, Jeff is the strategist behind the scenes—removing friction, connecting tools, and helping our sales engine run at full power. From process to platform to playbook, he ensures that every part of the system works together in service of something bigger.

Born and raised in Texas, Jeff graduated from Texas State and now lives in Austin with his family. Off the clock, he’s often cheering from the sidelines at his kids' soccer games, playing video games, or cooking up a storm in the kitchen. For Jeff, every day is a new quest to make the world, and dinner, a little better.
