• Travel to be made within 24 months of date of event
• Must be booked a minimum of 60 days in advance
• May be subject to refundable damage deposit to be paid by the donor. If a deposit is not required, the donor assumes full financial responsibility for the cost of any damages incurred to the property.

• Once made, reservations cannot be changed
• In the event that this property is not available, a substitute of equal quality will be provided
• Air and ground transportation are not included unless where specified
• When purchasing an auction item, the buyer(s) waives any and all claims against the NPO, the provider of the item or experience, the Auctioneer and the Auction Company, including but not limited to personal injuries, damaged or lost property, additional expenses incurred, etc. that may result from the utilization of the auction item(s) purchased.
