• Travel must take place within 24 months from the event date.
• The booking for the stay must be made within eight months of the event date.
• Reservations are subject to availability and airfare is not included, unless otherwise noted.
• Blackout dates are the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years and any other periods indicated within the package description.
• In the rare event that a package or experience becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control—including force majeure, property damage, change of ownership, or operational changes—Charity Ace reserves the right to substitute a comparable experience of equal or greater value.

Cancellation Policy

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
• Date changes are permitted up to 90 days before arrival. A fee may apply, and only one change is allowed per reservation.
• No changes are permitted within 90 days of arrival. Cancellations during this period result in forfeiture of the full trip.
• All trips are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• In the event of circumstances beyond our control, guests may be relocated to an equivalent or upgraded property, subject to availability.
