A Five-Villa Property, One Minute from One of Costa Rica’s Most Beautiful Beaches

Playa Chiquita sits on Costa Rica’s Caribbean coast, just south of Puerto Viejo, where the jungle runs all the way down to the sand. One minute from the property is one of the most exclusive beaches on this shore — shaded sand, coral reefs just offshore, and long views in both directions. Macaws pass overhead, howler monkeys call through the trees, and the sea and jungle stay in the background all day.

The property is five separate villas set among the gardens, six bedrooms in all, each villa with its own kitchen and outdoor space. Everyone has their own door and their own porch. The main house brings the group back together for dinner, drinks, or a long evening of stories. A private chef dinner and yoga at a neighboring retreat center.

• Winners have 6 months from the purchase date to confirm their reservation and up to 24 months from the purchase date to travel.
• Travel is not available until March 2027.
• December - February, June and major holidays are blacked out.
• Reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance with the property.
• All five nights must be used consecutively in a single stay.
• An additional cost of $300pp will be applied for guest counts over 12 and up to 16 people.
• Transportation, airfare, and ground transfers are not included unless otherwise indicated.
• This package is non-transferable and may not be resold.
• Date changes less than 60 days prior to travel require a $500 change fee and are at the discretion of the provider.
• Playa Chiquita is approximately 38 miles (about 1 hour 15 minutes) by road from Limón International Airport (LIO) and 135 miles (about 4.5 hours) by road from Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) in San José.
• Valid passports are required for international travel.
• In the rare event that a package or experience becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control—including force majeure, property damage, change of ownership, or operational changes—Charity Ace reserves the right to substitute a comparable experience of equal or greater value.
