Set within a private 25-acre park in the quiet countryside outside St. Dizier, this meticulously restored 18th-century château gives your group 6,548 square feet of French heritage entirely to itself. Five bedrooms sleep ten in comfort — with three more available to expand the party to sixteen — alongside two dining rooms and two living rooms built for long dinners and slow mornings. Stone walls, high ceilings, and original period detail survive throughout, now paired with a heated swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and bicycles for wandering the manicured gardens and rolling parkland.

Three hours from Paris Charles de Gaulle and ten minutes from St. Dizier, the château sits within easy reach of the region's wine route. Épernay is the obvious pilgrimage: its Avenue de Champagne, protected as a UNESCO World Heritage site, runs past the doors of Pol Roger, Veuve Clicquot, and Moët & Chandon. At Moët & Chandon, your group descends into the ancient cellars for a private tour, closing with a sommelier-led tasting of Dom Pérignon and Grand Vintage.

• Up to six additional guests can be added for an additional cost of $300++ per person.
• Winners have 12 months from the event date to confirm their reservation and up to 24 months from the event date to travel.
• Subject to availability and blackout dates for all major holidays.
• Nights must be used during one stay.
• Transportation to and from the Chateau (including air and ground) is not included.
• Stays during cooler months where heating is utilized will incur a €150/day fee.
• Stays are non-transferable within 90 days of travel.
• Reservations are subject to availability and major holidays. Must be booked at least 60 days in advance of travel.
• May be subject to a refundable damage deposit to be paid by the winner.
• In the rare event that a package or experience becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control—including force majeure, property damage, change of ownership, or operational changes—Charity Ace reserves the right to substitute a comparable experience of equal or greater value.
