• Winners have 12 months from the event date to book their experience and up to 24 months from the event date to complete travel.
• Travel is available April through September.
• Reservations are subject to availability and must be booked at least 60 days prior to travel.
• Subject to availability and blackout dates, including the week of major U.S. holidays and major local events. Additional blackout dates may apply.
• During the shoulder seasons, the Northern Lights may be visible depending on daylight hours and weather conditions but are not included as part of this package.
• Purchases through charity fundraisers are non-refundable.
• Certificates cannot be resold or replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed.
• Ground transportation is not included unless otherwise stated.
• Professional booking and concierge services are included. Additional hotel nights, airfare, and additional guests may be arranged for an additional cost.
