Details

• Your package Redemption Certificate will be emailed to you to initiate the booking process. Please allow up to 15 business days after your event to receive your certificate.
• Reservations must be booked within 12 months and travel must be completed within 24 months of receiving your Redemption Certificate.
• Accommodations must be booked 60 days before travel and property inventory is subject to availability.
• Once confirmed, all reservations are final.
• Packages are nonrefundable and may not be transferred or resold.
• Blackout dates are the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.
• Episodes are taped Monday through Thursday.
• Please note that availability for two days within this timeframe is required at the time of booking and audience members must be at least 16 years old.
• The date of your taping will be confirmed 3 to 4 weeks before your travel date when show’s schedule is released.
• If the show becomes unavailable for any reason, an alternative show of a similar price will be offered in its place.
