- Valid for three years from the date of purchase.
- Stay is based on a Thursday–Thursday schedule.
- Welcome packets will be emailed to winners upon notification of their purchase.
- Reservations are subject to availability.
- Airfare is not included.
- Added meals, drinks, additional excursions, transportation, and gratuities are not included unless specifically listed.
- All sales are final.
- There are no cash refunds.
- Packages may not be resold to a third party.
- In the rare event the featured resort is unavailable due to circumstances beyond the provider's control, including force majeure, property damage, or change of ownership, comparable accommodations and experiences of equal value and quality will be provided.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 60 days of the scheduled arrival are subject to a rebooking fee.
