Zihuatanejo still feels like the Mexican Pacific before the big resorts arrived — a working fishing town wrapped around a calm bay, with the Sierra Madre dropping straight into the water behind it. High on the hillside above Playa la Ropa, this estate was designed so every room opens toward the view. Original art hangs on the walls; below, the bay shifts from turquoise to gold as the afternoon moves on.

Seven bedrooms are tucked into the terraces across four levels, several with private plunge pools on their own decks. An infinity-edge pool runs out toward the horizon from the main level, with palapa-covered lounges, a poolside bar, and an outdoor dining room for the hours between swims. Breakfast is cooked fresh each morning. Housekeeping comes daily. A concierge is on hand throughout — so the week asks little of you beyond deciding when to walk down to the beach.

• Winners have 12 months from the purchase date to confirm their reservation and up to 24 months from the purchase date to travel.
• Travel is available May 1 through October 31. Stays requested outside these dates will incur a premium.
• Reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.
• All seven nights must be used consecutively in a single stay.
• Maximum occupancy is 14 guests. The estate is not available for events or commercial use under this package.
• Meals other than daily breakfast, beverages, chef-prepared meals, spa services, and gratuities are not included.
• Transportation, airfare, and ground transfers are not included; private airport transfers and plane charters can be arranged at additional cost.
• This package is non-transferable and may not be resold.
• Zihuatanejo International Airport (ZIH) is approximately 10 miles (about 25 minutes) from the property.
• Valid passports are required for international travel.
• In the rare event that a package or experience becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control—including force majeure, property damage, change of ownership, or operational changes—Charity Ace reserves the right to substitute a comparable experience of equal or greater value.
